All Maqueen Couture gowns are custom-made. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately.

– Production Time: 20–25 business days
– Shipping Time: Varies by destination, typically 3–7 business days
– Total Estimated Delivery Time: 18–27 business days from the order date

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your item is dispatched.

4. Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our gowns and dresses, we maintain the following policy:

We do not accept returns for refunds. If you need to return an item due to sizing or exchange purposes, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery to discuss eligibility for exchange (if available).

5. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on returned items. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following:
• No refunds will be issued for returned, refused, or undeliverable shipments
• If an exchange is approved, it must be requested within the allowed time frame and is subject to availability
• Customized and altered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and delivery method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Maqueen Couture reserves the right to: • Provide proof of transaction and fulfillment • Suspend future orders from the client • Pursue legal action if necessary We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
